K&B sells plumbing, renovation, fixtures and speciality goods. All Sales are subject to product availability. K&B Reserves the right to refuse service and/or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to but not limited to:

– Supply Issues and or Shortages
– Due to errors - Pricing and Payments
– All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).
– Prices are Subject to change without any further notice.
– K&B accepts major forms of payment such as: Credit/Debit cards, E-transfer (In-Store), and in-store cash transactions.
– Invoices and or receipts must be paid in full unless pre-approved terms exist for registered customers, partners and contractors. - Orders & Availability
– All products in store, listings in other platforms and website are subject to availability, K&B reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product in store, listings in other platforms at any time without notice.

– K&B Reserves the right to refuse service and/or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to but not limited to:
– Suspicious Activity
– Supply Issues and or Shortages
– Due to errors - Delivery and Shipping
– K&B Home Supply offers delivery for eligible items within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
– Delivery timelines are estimated and therefore are not guaranteed.
– Customers are responsible for ensuring that access during the delivery is available.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to an error made by K&B, such as delivering the wrong size and or product.
– Freight returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, incorrect or an error from K&B. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Canadian law:
K&B Home Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data, goodwill, or use.
K&B is not responsible for:
– Improper Installations of products sold or supplied.
– Damage caused by customer handling.
– Delays due to third-party suppliers, pandemics, force majeure.
– K&B Home Supply Cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental and or consequential damages. - Intellectual Property
– All content on K&B’s website including but not limited to logos, text, images, and designs are the property of K&B Home Supply.
– No one is permitted to reproduce, distribute, and or use K&B’s content for commercial purpose without authorized consent by K&B. - Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy
Return policy is are clearly stated in our Returns & Refund Policy (Make the text link with the return policy page).
– Returns are accepted within 21 days of initial purchase with proof of purchase.
– All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking fee, the fee may be waived due to defect and or manufacturer error.
– Hygiene products, bidets, custom orders, installed/used goods are non-refundable.
– Extended return flexibility is available for our partners and contractors exclusively.
– Defective products: K&B will replace the product and or issue an in-store credit against the product product’s paid value with no additional cost within the time limited stated in the Return and Refund Policy (Link to return and refund policy).
– No refund on tools.
K&B Reserves the right to reject any returns that:
– Lacks proof of purchase
– Is outside of the return window
– Shows excessive wear, damage, or signs of having been exposed to harsh conditions that render the product unsuitable for resale.

– Some products are sold as-as may or may not come with manufacturer warranties, if available. K&B does not offer additional warranties unless stated further.
– K&B is not liable for installation issues, misuse, or damage after purchase.
– K&B is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances. - Privacy Policy
K&B Values your privacy policy and therefore does not sell, rent or trade personal information of customers and or employees. Consumer data is used Soley for purchases, process orders, verification of identity for account management or support, to deliver marketing communications for new offers, deals, discounts and/or new items in stock. K&B only shares your data when a customer requests an account password reset, to change account information and/or asked by authorities.
K&B does not retain purchase data such as Credit/Debit card information. Some customer data such as phone number, address, company name are retained to manage customer accounts (If applicable), billing and shipping addresses, contractor or business information. Additionally, Customers are allowed to access your personal information held by us, request correction if your information is outdated and or incorrect, request deletion of accounts and/or data (unless legal retention is required). To make these changes you must request K&B via email or in-store. - For Our Partners and Contractors
Because K&B appreciates our recurring customers, builders, wholesale clients and partners:
– Extended Return window: 30 days return window for contractors
– Bulk Restocking Fee Waivers: Available for large volume purchase returns
– Case by Case Open Box Acceptability: May be accepted, depending on the condition of the item and manager’s discretion. - Legal Disclaimer
K&B’s policies are complaint with the Canadian Consumer Protection Laws, Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDEA) and Ontario Sales of Goods Act. Thereby, K&B has the right to deny any return or refund if the above conditions are not met. K&B has the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of our service, products and purchases means you thereby accept the latest version of K&B’s Terms and Conditions.
